Our ActivHeat down is treated with natural minerals, which forms self-heating layer in cold temperatures. Tests shown that treated down out performs untreated down by 5.5 degrees Fahrenheit under the same conditions.
HYDRODOWN - NON-PFAS
HydroDown utilizes TEXCOTE Nano-micro spray technology to apply a highly water-repellent finish to down clusters. Unlike wax and silicon based DWR products, which are petroleum-based and degrade very slowly, our product is completely Eco-friendly and PFAs-FREE.
REDEEM DOWN - ZERO CHEMICAL PROCESSING
Recycled down is produced from post-consumer down products - reclaimed jackets, cushions, and bedding. By using recycled down we can reduce waste and landfill pollution. Our automatic production facility can process up to 10,000 garments a day, 400 tons per year. All natural detergent is used for the entire process. Processed down are barcoded for complete traceability.
